exciteing news.

i've just been told some really, really exciteing news. i'm soooo happy but i'm not able to say what the news is for a few weeks/months so if you're intrested in the news then keep checking back on my blog :)

topshop wishlist.

today i'm going to do my topshop wishlist, ino it might not be to everyone's taste but i like it.

from left to right;

knitted tweedy jumper - i love the way this jumper has so many colors and they all go really well together and it really stands out. £40

harley plaited leather sandals - i personally wutn't buy these sandals as they're leather but i'd probably find a none leather alternative but i thought these went well with the outfit. £22

nails in whirlwind - this is just a sparkly silver nail polish and i picked it as they silver matches the dress, i thought the sparkle added abit of fun. £6

foil sweat tunic - i picked this dress as it's floaty at the bottom and is kind of like a skater skirt and it's quite simple. £32

all together i really love this outfit and the combined price is £100, a nice round figure. all these items are currently online if anyone wants to have a gander.

eating out.

today i've eaten out twice! i went out for my dinner with beth to thornton lodge and it was yummy! i had macaroni cheese and orange squash to drink. 

we went bowling but we had to go to primark first as i'd not got any socks on, i also picked up a hair donut. i'd been wanting one for a while but i'd never got round to buying one. i'll do a tutorial in a few days on how i use it.

i also went out for tea to the highcross with my mum, aunty and cousin, i had simply pasta and orange squash to drink. it was an amazeing night, we only got in about an hour ago.

i've not got an ootn as i ditn't take a full length picture and i'm in my pjs now. i'll upload a wishlist tomorrow from possibly topshop. i'm going now as it's 12:17am and i've getting very tierd, i've been awake since 7:30am!

i got a iphone.

hi everyone!

today i got a iphone 4s in white, i love it so much! i can't say much about it at the minute as i only got it this arvo so i'll do a review type blog post if anybody wants to hear more about my iphone?

sophie's sleeping over tonight and we're just watching criminal minds waiting for our chippy to come. 

today my uncle brought my one year old cousin round for a while and that was fun, she's sooo cute! also we went to sophie's aunty's house with her dad, sister and her dog, lady, she's adorable!

sorry i ditn't post yesterday.

i was sooo tierd by the time i got home last night i ditn't have time to blog and went straight to bed. i'll tell you a little bit about my day..

we got up at around 7am to travel to manchester for my sister's open mic uk audition which she ditn't get thru, afterwards we went for a starbucks and headed home. on the way back we decided to stop off at my aunty and uncle's house, we stayed for about 30 minutes/1 hour then we went to my gran and grandad's for abit. 

i came home and then about 10 minutes later beth came and we went to wallings for ice cream, i had banoffee and cookies and cream and beth had toffee crunch and blacberry, then we went to the chippy for tea and i had chips and curry sauce. we went back to beth's and watched abit of tele, had a quick browse online and played with her dog, henry.

she dropped me back off home and i went straight to bed.

not much of a exciteing day but that's what i did :)

manchester and sam and the womp.

today i'm just relaxing, watching tv, listening to capital fm and i'm going to have a early night because i've gotta get up at around 7am to go to manchester as my sister has entered open mic uk and the auditions are at the palace hotel in manchester.

i'm really loveing bom bom - sam and the womp, i heard it last week on the radio for the first time and i've been addicted ever since! i've also been loveing how we do - rita ora, ino this song has been out for a while but i still love it.

i'm going now cos i'm gona help my sister with her audition song.

criminal minds and ice cream.

i'm currently catching up on a couple of criminal minds and i've just been to get some mint choc chip ice cream.

i haven't done very much today except sleep and make a egg butty. this evening i'm going my nan and grandad's for tea and i think i'm haveing quorn spaghetti bolognaise, yum!

dorothy perkins wishlist outfit.

i was just searching around online looking at dorothy perkins and i decided i'd make a outfit and show you all what i'd buy if i had the money.

so from left to right;
white jewel cross burnout tee - i really like this tshirt because it's so simple and it can go with anythink. £19.50.
cream bow clutch - i like how this clutch matches the outfit theme, gold, black and white. i also like how it's a bow shape and i love how takeing away the clutch can make it a day time outfit but then adding the clutch can make it a bit more of a night time outift. £10
black studded western boots - i love these boots, as i mentioned in a post the other day i was looking for some cowboy style and i think i've found them. i really adore these boots and they stud detail on them, they're abit pricey but i think they're worth it. £49
lilac skull feather earrings - ino these don't exactly match the color theme i'm going for but they're so cute and they've got bits of white. £7.50
black dip hem skirt - i adore this skirt! i love them hi-lo hem and i really like the gold belt. £26
gold look multi wrap ring - i like the way this ring wraps around and matches the gold belt on the skirt and the gold studding detail on the boots. £6.50

all in all i really like this outfit i've created and it's abit pricey for my budget all together at £118.50 but i can always dream!

cowboy boots.

recently i've been looking everywhere for some cowboy style boots and i can't seem to find any that really catch my eye.

ootn.

so this evening me, my mum, gran, grandad, katie, jordan and dad all went out for my leaveing meal to the newton arms. i had quorn chicken, chips and bbq sauce followed by chocolate fudge cake.

i wore my new jeans, an old red tops and my flip flops.

my jeans are from the trafford center, my red vest top is from tesco and i can't remember where my flip flops are from. i wore my hair down.

the beatles, titanic, hair feathers and more.

on monday i went to liverpool with my mum, dad, katie and jordan. we went to the beatles museum in the morning and the titanic museum in the afternoon, i also bought a couple of things at albert docks where both museums are situated.

the beatles museum was quite expensive for what you saw but it was a good experience to see things that belonged to all 4 beatles and to see how they developed as a band. i won't spoil it and say what's inside but i had an amazeing time looking round.

the merseyside maritime museum has a titanic exhibition and i really, really enjoyed looking around. there was lots of facts and items that were either on the titanic or similiar, there was also lists of everyone who was on board in catagories of first class passengers, second class passengers, third class passengers and crew members.

we then had a look around some shops on the dock and i bought a white dream catcher (i've already got a purple one hanging off my ceiling, a blue one next to my bed and a necklace with a pink dream catcher next to my bed). i also bought a pink hair feather style thing.

trafford center.

today i went to the trafford center with beth, we set off at about 9:30am and arrived at about 10:35am. we had a look around selfridges and we found a american candy shop! then we came across boots..

we saw that amy childs was doing a perfume signing so we bought her perfume and joined the queue. her perfume smells really lovely and fruit like and citriousy. we queued for around four hours to meet her, we also saw her boyfreind david peters and her manager, claire powell (claire also manages peter andre).

we then went and ate in the food court, i had mcdonalds and had my usual 'big mac no meat and a strawberry milkshake' and it was delicious. we sat there for about 40 minutes after we'd finished eating as our feet were acheing from queueing to meet amy.

we did some shopping and i bought some new jeans, they're a grey washed skinny jean.

it's 10:20pm now and i'm getting tierd, i've gota be up at 7:30am tomorrow to go to the hospital to hopefully get my cast off. i'll finish this off tomorrow with pictures.

stationary mini haul.

here's the stationary mini haul i promised on friday, i got all of this from my local stationary shop. i'm not sure of the prices as i've put all this away for when i leave.

i'm sorry this post isn't isn't the most informative or best but this is the first haul type blog i've done and as i don't know the prices and there's only two other shops in the country that i got all this from i ditn't think there was much point. i think it's pretty self explanitory what i'm going to be useing this for.

i was going to post such a long post with pictures of my cousin, kian's, first birthday party (he's one tomorrow) and basically shit went down and the police were involved, so, i'm not going to do the post but i may do it in a few days.

stationary and fleetwood town fc.

today me and my mum went shopping for stationary for when i go to newcastle to study and i'm not gona lie i've got some pretty good stuff! i'll do a haul type blog post when i'm back at home monday. we also went to the opticians to take my glasses in to get my lenses replaced to distance aswell as my regular lense.

last monday (13th) i went to fleetwood town vs nottingham forest with my gran, grandad and dad. it was an amazeing game. the end result was town 0-1 forest, my gran found a picture on fleetwood town fc's website. here's the picture..

tenerife, may 2012.

this was my 18th birthday present from my grandparents and i was extremely thankfull.

today i thought i'd tell you about my holiday in tenerife and show you a few pictures of when i was there.

our hotel

we flew out of manchester into sophia reina (formerly known as tenerife south) on may 4th 2012. we stayed in the bouganville playa in costa adeje, south tenerife and it was amazeing, i can't describe how much i loved it there! all the staff were so freindly and helpfull.

whilst we were there we made a few freinds and we played all these games everyday like patanca, shuffleboard, bowling, minigolf, bingo etc. the games were on at 11am, 12pm (this was the cocktail game), 3pm and 4pm, they varied from day to day and often had aqua aerobics, spinning classes, yoga, pilates and games like darts and archery for men if they ditn't fancy doing any of the other choices. also at night there was bingo win

you could win a iberostar tshirt and a bottle of champagne. then afterwards there was a show put on by the star freinds or someone who had been brought in like bollywood dancers.

we visited loro parque and saw dolphins, orca whales, sea lions, meerkats, parrots and lots more. we also visited mount teide and we went on a catamaran in the atlantic ocean, we sailed to la gomera and back, we saw dolphins and whales together in their natural habitat in one of the only three places in the world where you can see this. we all had ALOT of fun on these days! it was so amazeing to see the whales and dolphins close up as on the catamaran boat there were nets that you could sit/lay on and i chose to do that and the animals were comeing and jumping under the nets, and doing tricks showing off! it was magical.

we went shopping in the local compras (shopping) center and i bought a strawberry yoghurt drink and it was the best drink i have ever tasted! we also went for a walk along the beach one day. there was a amazeing cafe underneath our hotel along the beach front that sold the most tastiest ice cream on this planet, the flavors were so strong!

the weather was sooooo hot, it was 30+ degrees on the wednesday before we flew back, there was a calima over the island which was holding the heat in so it was just getting hotter and hotter which i loved! 

we flew back into manchester on friday, may 18th.

getting to know me;

i've no idea about blogging as i've never really read any blogs and i've never had one of my own so please be kind :) the reason i've made a blog is because today laura told me about her blog & suggested i make one so i thought why not give it a try, so here i am.

i've had such a dilemma makeing this blog. first of all i couldn't actually sign up because it said my email wasn't valid so i had to quickly make a googlemail address, then it made my account as a googlemail not blogger and it wutn't let me start my blog so i had to figure out how to change it to blogger. just as i thought i was getting somewhere i got a nose bleed (my second today) then i stubbed my toe and i think i've broken it:-(.

about my blog and i
my name is amy and i'm eighteen years old. i'm a student and i currently live near blackpool (north west england), i'm moveing to newcastle (north east england) to study 2 weeks on sunday. i'm a little nervous but i'm very excited! i've got two sisters, katie and rose, one brother, lewis and one step brother called connor.

i really really love music, i love all types from country, to rap to pop. i saw katy perry live on halloween 2011, she was amazieng! my favourite singers/bands are katy perry, lady antebellum, alanis morissette, the band perry, nicki minaj, pitbull and mumford and sons to name a few. my favourite tv shows are the bill and freinds, i'm literally addicted to them both and they couldn't be more different from each other. i'll most likely include a couple of posts about them.

i would like my blog to be about my day-to-day life and as i love nails i expect i'll be doing a few nail posts when i get my plaster cast off (hopefully august 22nd) and i may do a few hair posts too. i'm not really into makeup so don't expect many posts about it, i may post the odd post about a lip balm or somethink like that but nothink major.
